Yeah credit issue plus rices but yeah credit definetley. Our current home was done by owner financing too.

Hi,
I had posted earlier about looking for a mobile with either cash from selling my house for about 140-150,000. or possibly owner finance. we got pre-qualified for a double wide but i would have to sell my home first then would really have no place to go while its being set up. so back to looking i have 1-2 leads but if anyone else has any leads please let me know. thank you. looking for the conway/ossipee and south area thank you.
as for my medical reasons, i have several health issues and been through hell with these dr's in the north country. i am done with them. until we move i am driving 2 1/2 hours for better care. pretty pathetic.
ii am all set. prequalified for a doublewide and realtor making a offer on a piece of land. in thee beginning stages but fingers crossed. and just so you know i would never part with my animals, i spent to much for them and the vet.
