owner/ creative financing

Hello,

  i have posted before. probobly about a year ago. im still trying. basiclly i still need to move further south Rochester/ Barrington/ Farmington, NH area. plus north or south by 20 miles. we have house to sell further north so we would have money down. we are flexible just need to get down further south. yes mostly for medical reasons but several other reasons as well. owner financing/ creative financing. current home that we will be selling was owner financed and it is paid in full. thank you!
