No im not interested in investing. i was just looking for property for my family

ok thanks. unfortuently, ones i can afford are usually n a park and i have more animals than they allow. also im close to being pre-qualified for a doublewide but i cannot afford land to put it on. i know my husband wont part with any of our animals so i feel like im just going in a great big circle!

OK thank you for your reply.  I did just have my house sold but we had no where lined up. Oh gosh our realtor had a buyer even before our house was listed. It was suppose to be contingent but it wasn't.  My husband pulled out and she said we could be sued I called her on it because my father was a realtor and I know how it's suppose to go. You can't just sell a house and put the owners on the street. We still want to sell, we want to get a mobile but it's hard. In a park unfortunately we have more animals than allowed. And so it's kinda hard

all my doctors are in Somersworth because help up here was non existent so it's either finding a place closer or driving 2 1/2 hrs on a regular basis.  Really don't want to be up here. Sadly, I think out rrealtor was just thinking of her commission.  If you have any more thoughts, I'm open to listening.  Thank you. Eileen

my name is eileen and I live in New Hampshire.  I am looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom mobile home in the Rochester, nh area preferably  UT would consider a hour from ro Hester north or south. Would like owner financing. I know it's out there. Or I do have a house to sell so willing to fi d one under 140,000 paying cash if the seller could wait for my two options.
