Hi there - I love the bigger pockets podcasts so figured I should join here, right?!

I've done a few live in flips in LA and just closed yesterday on my first spec flip and netted around 500k profit! Looking to expand and get going on new projects asap.  Remodeling was always sort of a side hustle but its quickly becoming my main focus.
