Hi Community members. I'm a W2/ sideline investor in SE Michigan over time have built a 70 unit performing multifamily portfolio. Planning for the "next level" growth move and considering either local or out of state. 

Would love to network and make contacts who would be interested in off market buying (smaller) or selling (larger) MF properties in 1031 exchange or otherwise. Also great property managers who are growing and seeking new clients. I would also love to find more experienced folks who are willing to mentor and share insights over good coffee!

Thanks to Josh and the BP team for this forum which I have perused for some time but am only now making this introduction.

Hey Matthew thanks a lot for this note. I've never been to Idaho but would love to get up there for the natural beauty and recreation opportunities. I hope we can connect soon and talk about some possible deals. I have a good stock of dry powder and fantastic support from my local bankers so ready and rearing to go on the next project!

my partner and I are going to Pensacola next week because we want to break into that market, let me know if you want to hear about our thoughts on that
