Hello BP Community from MA
My Name is Corey and I live in Western Mass. I am currently working on my first deal, single family, buy and hold rental property, hopefully it works out!
I have been reading the BP website for a few months now, and recently started listening to the PodCasts. There is some great information on here so I decided to join and hope to learn a lot here and eventually start sharing once I get some experience under my belt.

Where is it located? While most of the locals here are closer to Boston or Worcester you have some Westerns here so make sure you connect with them here and in person.
I've personally worked as far west as Chicopee but that was a while back.
