New investor here and question I had was my LLC will be based in pa if I buy rental property in other states and want them under my LLC do I need to have the LLC for that said state I would love to follow the market in rental property but also don't want to have to get an LLC in each state i see a great deal in. How is everyone else doing it?

Replied

You can always register an LLC in one state as a foreign entity in another state. You will typically be required to pay a small annual registration fee and have a registered agent where you can be served legal notices.
