Learning to Invest as a Contractor

Hi everyone!
I own a general construction company, and over the last two years or so I have also began investing in Real Estate. I have one project on the market and currently completing three others. I’d like to explore new forms of real estate investment beyond the fix and flip model.
I’d love to learn more about ground-up real estate investments. Looking for some guidance from anyone with this type of investment experience.
