@William Hyde If you're into reading REI related books I'd pick up Building Wealth One House at a Time - by John Schaub and The Millionaire Next Door - by Thomas J. Stanley. These are better than the BP books in my opinion and a must read. The first one is full of calculations you need to know. I built half of my spreadsheets off that book. The second is mindset changing. It's similar to Rich Dad Poor Dad but different. The Book on Flipping Houses -by Jay Scott is another meat and potatoes BP book. I don't enjoy reading stories... I want actual experience, calculations, numbers, and tips.
