My friend just inherited a home valued at 252380 on zillow, foreclosure amount is 148960, that's a good LTV. She should get a refi easily I think. Case management is on April 12. Any advice who to contact

Quote from @Melony Oestreich:

Nicole, there is a great investor meeting called the LVREI Club that meets in Macungie the 2nd Thursday of every month. The group is run by Garrett Rhoads and I believe there is even a group in Berks County called EPBON that he is also involved in. I attend the LVREI Club meetings and would be happy to meet you there in February to connect you with some people who might be able to help you in Berks County. I'm happy to chat if you'd like to reach out.

Is there contact info for lvrei or epbon

If you end up starting one definitely count me in

Quote from @David L Bush:

My girlfriend and her sister own their deceased mothers house in Clearfield, PA. They live in FLorida and are looking to sell it just to get out from under it.

This has the potential of being either a fix and flip or a rental. If interested, I can get you more details.

I am interested to learn more, size condition etc.   [email protected]

Quote from @Ryan Lesley:

Hey @William Hyde,

meetup.com is going to be your source for going to local meetups in your area and networking.

The bookstore here has lots of great resources for educating yourself on the various REI strategies

The On the Market and BiggerPockets Daily podcasts are my favorite for staying current on the market.

hope that helps and best of luck 🤝🍀

Thank you for the help about Meetup, I already own 90% of the bigger pockets books
