Hey all! I'm a software engineer trying my hand at real estate investing with my partner. We currently own one triplex in a shore town, renting units seasonally and year round.

Looking to start expanding our portfolio extremely soon and look forward to networking with everyone to make some deals happen :)

    If you're interested in out-of-state rentals, I would look at the book Long-Distance Real Estate Investing to get you started with the basics!
