Newb here from Las Vegas!
Hi everybody! Just thought I'd make a quick introduction after lurking here for months soaking in all the great information! I figured it was about time I registered and got more involved! :)
I'm new to Las Vegas, I've been here since August '13! I have always been interested in Real Estate since a young age. I now believe I am ready to start my journey and actually start investing! I have read a few books here and there on the subject and have soaked up as much knowledge as I can here on Bigger Pockets. I plan on trying to flip a few properties to start to build up my cashflow, then I plan on starting to invest in some rental properties to buy and hold. Not too sure about the market here in Vegas though.
I look forward to becoming an active member and being able to network with some local investors here! :)
