Investor in Denver looking to connect with others!
I am just north of Denver. Looking for other investors to network with, a CPA to advise on taxes and just general guidance. I have 1 investment property. I have a condo now and wanting to buy a house within the next 6 months as my primary and rent the condo out (or sell and buy a single family home to rent instead or Airbnb). Looking at a business to buy and close on soon. I want to buy multi family and commercial eventually. I have a ton of questions about all of this and what I should consider doing. I will buy dinner and a beer!
