Just Joined - Already loving the site & community!
Starting out in Real Estate as an investor but not as a hobby. RE has been a passion and an interest for me my entire life. I am finally in a position to buy 1-2 investment properties. I also own my home, a co-op in NYC. My other passion in life is figure skating, I want to retire from my day job of Senior Accountant (at a real estate corporation) hopefully as soon as possible - hoping rental income will enable me to figure skate during the days and lounge by the pool somewhere warm in the late afternoons :) Indoor ice - outdoor sun! Maybe invest in an ice rink..? -- I have more dreams than courage. I even have more resources and knowledge than courage, I'm the first to admit that I'm a planner and I like to analyze things to death - I probably would benefit from having a team or a partner with more hutzpah...
