 There's no point. I meant to add it to my investments, not post it as a discussion. Whatever. I borrow from private lenders for my projects and sometimes I give a set return, other times an equity share, but to be fair, I do try to avoid the word guaranteed. It's all about giving above average returns as a passive investment for people who want alternative options for their money.

Exactly. Thank you. Your comment is the only one making sense in this chain. Yes public. Yes I know them. Yes I researched for 6 months. Yes I tested with smaller amounts and good results. It's a LOAN agreement they invest in a REIT.

There are no “tenants returning keys” in a REIT as far as I’m concerned. Come on. If you read it, it’s a LOAN agreement and yes they are very established and I’ve done research for 6 months plus invested a smaller amount in a different REIT with them as a test and it did really well. This one different, in as it is “guaranteed” loan agreement with 12% interest. Of course nothing is guaranteed come on
