My name is Paul and I live in the Lehigh Valley. I've been a member of the site for a while, but haven't been an active member. I'm looking to change that this year and become an active participant.

Last year my wife and I decided to get into the real estate game. We started buying, fixing and renting properties and so far it has been a great experience. I look forward to learning & sharing with others.
