New Member - VIRGINIA BEACH
Hey Everyone
I just wanted to say hello, I'm Ryan and I'm from Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads. I am new to Real Estate Investing and have been listening to all the podcasts and going through a lot of information on this site. It really seems like a great site. I am looking for great people/mentors to interact and soak up knowledgeable from. I am interested in wholesaling, flips and buy and holds. I have accidental flipping knowledge on my primary residence. We bought a short sale at an amazing price and used a FHA 203k to raise the value by 45,000. We are getting ready to sell to get the equity out and do it again. I love real estate it is very thrilling and in love the whole investment industry. I am excited to learn and interact with all the wonderful and knowledge people on this site.
