Hello Everyone,
27 year old living inside the 610 loop in Houston. I have been making my way through the Ultimate Beginners Guide and closing in on the "big day" closing my first deal and buying my first home.
I am currently a renter and would like to purchase a multi-family owner occupied building in or very close to the west side of 610 before July of 2014. Looking forward to hearing from and meeting fellow Texans and Houstonians.
