Looking for A MENTOR
Hi my name is Kimberly Bookert and I am a real estate Broker. I am looking to seriously get into investing. Buy and Flip and Buy and Hold. Initially to build up capital I want to buy and Flip and then begin slowly Buy and holds. I want someone who can teach me the math. I honestly see the deals and know them when I see them and get madd when someone else capitalizes on them. I am not confident in the math. I want to learn more about it. I went to school or accounting and I think or rather know I am my main hinderance. I work for an Investment company now but I want to do some on my own.
