Hello Everyone,

I am new to the site and new to REI. I am hoping this site will be a launching pad for my knoledge base of the world of REI, I am a competitive and motivated person at heart and like to get my hands dirty when learning about a new source of knowledge. I am hoping this site will help me connect with the community that exists around me as I want to avoid as many misstakes as possible along the way and if I can learn from others before I step in the wrong direction I will consider that a win. Goals for REI include starting slow and learning as much as possible along the way and eventualy turning REI into a Cash Flow endevour that will be able to sustain a qualtiy of life that I want to provide for my family.

Looking forward to meeting folks form the forum and Bigger Pockets Community.
