I have been interested in getting into real estate investing, although I've not pursued it at all until just recently. I have absolutely no experience. I am trying to learn as much as I can at this point. I hope that I can actually start investing some time soon. I think to start, I will be looking into single family or multi family rentals.

Thanks @Brandon Turner

I am working on the Ultimate Beginners Guide now, and I have set up some alerts.

Thanks for the suggested read about multi family properties. I will definitely have to check that out!
