Hello, I am new to this forum. My husband and I started investing in rental properties in 2012. Currently we have 5 rentals so far and we are in the market to buy another one. We were lucky enough to get a HELOC to help us get started in the landlord biz. Our goal is to have 20. I am looking forward to the wealth of knowledge this website holds.
