Hello everyone! I'm looking for a investor friendly lawyer, I no I can use Google to research them, however being directed to a great source will help out alot. It's mainly for helping me develop contracts in the new York area, specifically for a wholesaler.

Can you define what an "investor friendly" lawyer is as opposed to a good RE attorney? I know a real "investor friendly" lawyer, I doubt he can help much, he has another 10 to 15 to server in the state pen.
