im really interested in hearing success stories, how wealthy realestate investors started.
Very true, however it cost money to learn from others
In realestate, I realize experience is the best teacher. However it doesnt hurt to have someone coach you along the way, success takes time. Everyone wants the answers from people who worked hard. It doesn't always work like that.

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a investor friendly lawyer, I no I can use Google to research them, however being directed to a great source will help out alot. It's mainly for helping me develop contracts in the new York area, specifically for a wholesaler.
Thanks

I been on BP for 1month and have been enlightened. I live in the Ny area, specifically Long Island. I'm looking to network with wholesale investors like myself. I think actually meeting up and strategizing goals are very helpful. If you are interested please email me. Always willing to team up..thanks
Is land value consider when selling a distressed house? i have a buyer that looked at my property and used a formula of land value minus demolition.

Hello I am a newbie from Brooklyn, I think for starters you should keep your money and invest in marketing your Realestate through wholesale, you don't need a lot of money to start that.
