Newbie - This is day one.
Hello experts,
I stumbled across the BiggerPockets podcast yesterday and here I am. I have been thinking of investing into real estate for sometime now and alway though that I will do it "one day." Taking the leap today and making this "one day" mentality into "Day one" mentality. This is my day one and plan to follow everything and learn from all the experts here. If you have some word of advice for a newbie, things you wish you knew as a begginer, please feel free to share that information with me.
