I'm very new to investing but would like to buy a house soon. My husband is in the military and we have the option of moving to Valdosta, Tucson, Las Vegas or Okalossa County, Fl.
We would like to buy a duplex and our first choice is Valdosta, GA. We do have the option of a VA but would prefer to save that to buy a Villa in our home, the US Virgin Islands in the next few years.
I've looked around this site a great deal and found tons of info. If anyone has insight or advice about any of these places please let me know.
