Newbie from Longmont, Colorado
Hi everyone, I am Chandru from Longmont. I am looking to increase my cash flow to support my family and wanted to learn more about real estate investing. I have been reading personal finance books for several years now and have decent control of my money but not much experience in the world of real estate apart from investing in REITs and renting out bedrooms in my house (purchased in 2021). I'm here to learn and grow. Excited for the journey ahead!
