New post on an old account

Hello! 
I’ve already created an account and post, yet it’s been awhile since I’ve been on here. Lately I've been doing more projects than researching, yet I wanted to come back and reintroduce myself to the community. Since the last time I  used this platform I’ve successfully purchased my first home and converted into a house hack with short term and long term rentals. 
It was a long process, with many unseen predicaments, yet my husband and I are back on the market searching for our next deal soon.
