Hi All, I wanted to make my first post and introduce myself. Elmer Urias, a 31 year old entrepreneur & investor. I spent the last 10+ years as a master electrician & running a business. I'm transitioning into real estate & started a couple of other companies. I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in MA & soon to be in Florida too✌🏼 I own some STR & MTR properies in Texas & Florida & LTR properties in Massachusetts & Georgia. Im looking to expand into wholesaling and would love to connect with others in the space. Im well versed in creative financing as well.
