Hey Michael, I just came across this as well now. I'm from Boston and I just bought a 3/2 1550sqft SFH in Ocala. Trying to decide between doing long term rental or short/mid term rental. Let's see how it goes 😬

Hi All, I wanted to make my first post and introduce myself. Elmer Urias, a 31 year old entrepreneur & investor. I spent the last 10+ years as a master electrician & running a business. I'm transitioning into real estate & started a couple of other companies. I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in MA & soon to be in Florida too✌🏼 I own some STR & MTR properies in Texas & Florida & LTR properties in Massachusetts & Georgia.
