I happened to stumble upon BP while looking for reviews on Phil Pustejovsky mentoring system. After watching his video on YouTube I downloaded his book and was about to join and decided better do some checking up on this first. Welcome @Vicki Ybarra . Sorry, but there's no magic site for easily finding such deals. You have to look at lots and lots of deals to find ones like that. The MLS is really your best bet. What percentage of the price is 6-10K? Finding an owner financed deal with very little down is going to be especially tough.
