New in Detroit

Hi all

New here and in Metro Detroit. Yes, I know, terrible place, crime, murders, ... Not really that bad (Memphis is ugly too) and a great place for deals (if you know where to look). I have a long history in the industry in Architecture, Engineering, Building, and as a Rehab'er and Entrepreneur. I've moved houses, gutted and restored, rebuilt and restructured homes and even a couple of 110 year old barns. Successfully flipped homes from Michigan to Tennessee. I'm in the process of turning the "occasional" into a business.
