I'm Ryan from San Diego County, California. I work in a hospital, and am turning to real estate as a way to spend my 3-4 days off per week to create some passive income. My wife and I have been doing plenty of research, considering several properties, and beginning to amass a team as we look towards our first investment property - details on that to come shortly in a post to the forums for analysis.
