My name is Sebastien, and I’m an experienced real estate investor focused on multifamily properties in Canada and looking to expand in the states. 

Currently, I’m actively expanding my portfolio in Austin, Tempa, Dallas, Houston, where I’ve seen significant growth and demand for multifamily housing. I’m particularly interested in collaborating with like-minded investors and exploring partnerships for larger acquisitions.
