New Member in Olathe Kansas
Hey guys, Long time lurker. I became an accidental landlord 6 years ago, and grew up with family who had real estate. I purchased my first duplex about 2 months ago and closed on a Single Family that needed some work last month. For now I'm buy and hold ,but may get into other areas at a later time.
