Hey BP, My name is Jerome Brown and i have some real estate experience. I started off wholesaling and I closed on 7 properties. I took a break because of my trucking career with being over the road for three weeks at a time. Nevertheless I am local now and I have that real estate desire (which never went away). My goal is to wholesale some properties single and multifamily to build some capital while fixing my personal credit and building my business credit. I want to be a investor buying and holding as well as fix an flips. I am interested in the Brrrr method and I want to evolve from wholesale space to that. I am here to learn as much as I can as well as network with experienced investors. Also find some funding and some friends that can help catapult me to where I am trying to go.
