Im not ready to invest just yet, right now im wholesaling properties. I have some buyers looking for multi family in columbus Ohio. I also have a hedge fund buyer looking for properties in Dayton, cincinnati, Virginia and north Carolina. I won't be ready for my own investments until, I fix my personal credit and build my business credit. Or until I find a deal and maybe find a hard money lenders, or learn some more ways I can do it.
