Newbie in San Antonio Tx

Hello My name is Jeff, Im still in the study phase but im interested in the BRRR strategy, id like to buy and hold so i can have financial freedom.

I have recently paid of my house. My plan is to use a HELOC to pay cash on properties and use a cash out refinance to recoup my capital and keep buying more properties.
