Thanks so much for this info Jay! This is something that I wanted to be more familiar with, when it comes to real life scenarios of BRRR. I was looking for a lender that would provide me an option of getting a Cashout refi with 75% to 80% LTV with zero seasoning and looks like your 2-step sounds amazing!

I'm guessing the key to a successful BRRRR is to buy a property that has a higher ARV that would cover 25 to 30% LTV and rehab costs.

Do you have a limit as to how much property loans you give out to a single person?

Hi David! thanks for your reply! Im curious about what you said, from my experience, business loans have a higher interest rate dont they?, also i don't have an LLC should i make one before buying my first property? i have very good credit though.

Hello My name is Jeff, Im still in the study phase but im interested in the BRRR strategy, id like to buy and hold so i can have financial freedom.

I have recently paid of my house. My plan is to use a HELOC to pay cash on properties and use a cash out refinance to recoup my capital and keep buying more properties.

If you have any advice for me i would really appreciate it thanks so much!
