Hi BP network. My name is Kishan Patel and I'm planning to move to San Diego with my wife and start my independent real estate investment career. I've done over 20 transactions consisting of healthcare medical outpatient buildings, multifamily, sfrs, and adu developments. I've been managing real estate for over 15 years. I have an engineering degree, cert in business admin, masters in entrepreneurship. I've dedicated 60 hours a week working for a private equity real estate firm in Irvine the last three years and I realized i need to put in those hours to grow my own business.
