…what are you seeing in terms of total costs at the table?

Are you paying:
• High origination fees?
• High Lender fees?
• Reasonable escrow/title costs?
• Anything you felt was out of line?

Good question. When you do a cash-out refinance, you start paying interest on the full loan amount, including the cash you pull out, as soon as the loan closes. It doesn’t matter if you use the cash right away or not.
