Rookie Real Estate Investor
Hello everyone,
My name is Brian, I am 23 years old, born and raised in south St. Louis. I am excited to started my real estate investing journey! I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a while, read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and currently attend a 6 week online course about REI at STLCC. I am also building capital as well for my first project.
My mother is currently on her journey as well. She is currently flipping a house in south city St. Louis with the help of a local real estate investor (shout out to Yunis). I am fortunate enough to also learn from Yunis as well, and get an inside look at how everything works with this flip.
One of my assignments for the course to find an REI club and attend their next meeting. I am reaching for help from anyone to get me connected to a group here in STL. If you guys can give me some recommendations, that would be awesome!!, Thank you in advance! I really appreciate it!
