Hey everyone! I’m Ethan Price — a new agent and aspiring investor based in Indianapolis. I first got interested in real estate back in high school after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and dreaming about financial freedom. Fast forward to today, I just recently graduated college, moved back home to Indiana, and took a leap of faith into real estate to launch my entrepreneurial journey.

I’m now working with the investor-focused Gear Realty Team here in Indy, helping both local and out-of-state investors find and close deals. I’m also on the hunt for my very first investment property and soaking up as much knowledge as I can along the way.

My long-term vision is to build a portfolio of businesses and real estate in cities that mean a lot to me — starting with Indianapolis and Pensacola. More than anything, I’m here to grow, connect, and give back. If you’re ever looking for boots-on-the-ground help in Indy, or just want to talk shop, feel free to reach out!

Hello Ethan,

That's fantastic! If you're just starting out, but do have plans to grow, I may recommend considering establishing a real estate company so that you can contain any business liability inside the entity and utilize tax mitigation strategies, this can help set you up for success with working with third parties and when you start doing your own deals.
