Hey Everyone,

My name is Everton, and I just joined the Bigger Pockets community. I have interest in learning about syndications so some friends and I can invest in some low-income housing in our community.

As far as real estate experience, I have educated myself by aquiring sales licenses in Real Estate and Loan Origination between Florida and Illinois, but I have not yet put them to any use as of yet.

I am looking forward to meeting some locals and helping out where I can.
