Hey everyone, I'm Frank — entrepreneur and business owner based in Northern Nevada. I've run service-based companies for over 20 years and recently started building my real estate investment portfolio. I'm focused on cash-flowing small to mid-size multifamily properties, especially in undervalued or emerging markets.
