Hello from Vermont
Hello All,
My wife and I live in Northern Vermont with our three children. We are interested in rental property investing as an adjunct means of wealth building long term as we enter the next phases of our life. Our primary interest is small multifamily houses. We have a great deal of equity in our current home, and we are interested in leveraging it to obtain our first rental property. We look forward to learning and gathering advice from this community.
