Good evening, I'm new to the site and taking a jump. I'm a soon to be married young investor in the Southwestern PA area. I'm new to this and excited to learn wisdom and gain advice from those who came before. I'm hoping to jump into the market soon with either a live and flip or house-hack and I want to learn in the meantime.
What's the best advice you'd give to a newbie, besides "Start"?
