New-ish to BRRRR

Here to definately learn. Here to get away from punching the clocking and learn how to have a great next chapter in life.  One of the things about this idea is not having to punch a clock. That being said once you are in 5 to 10 rentals how do you get time off to take a vacation? I kind of assume a management company so you dont have to physically be available?  Anyone have thoughts on balancing work and life with rentals? Thanks

@Chris Holt first, now way you will survive on 5-10 rental - unless you pay cash and STR them well!

Regarding how to take a vacation - systems and automation.

You'll obviously need a trusted handyman, electrician, HVAC and plumber you can call.
