New to Real Estate Investing

Hi everyone! I'm Pynne (pronounced Penny) and I'm an interior designer based in Central Oregon. I'm saving for my first investment property but have a lot to learn before purchasing.  I plan to follow Dion's strategy of buy and hold and house hacking as I'm 53 and starting over in life so time isn't exactly on my side.  My goal is to be able to purchase a duplex within the next 12 months.

Reach out anytime. I used to have a REI podcast here in Central Oregon The Cash Couch! Buy something that is under rented if you put two years into it, it will change your life. If you buy a 4-plex you will have opportunities in 3-5 years you would never have had you not. The hardest part is not learning or finding the right deal, the hardest and almost insurmountable part is following your plan and taking action. Good luck!
