Hello BP members. I've been reading post and listing to podcast and I keep forgetting to say hello to all the wise minds of this community. My fiancé and I recently became a new investor march 5,2014 with the aid of an FHA loan with tenants in place. So far so good every ones paid on time hope that continues. What we're trying to say is thanks for giving us the push and the know how to get off the bench and get on the field of investing.
